Check whether the document delivery pack is structurally complete
Document Pack Check is useful before sending a bundle of PDFs or other supported document files to a client, colleague or downstream process. It focuses on file-level completeness and obvious container problems so missing or unusable components can be found before handoff.
Make required components explicit
If the pack must contain named items—such as a report, appendix, invoice or signed form—enter those labels. TaskThimble compares the selected files with the requirement you provide; it does not invent a universal document checklist for your project.
Empty or unsupported files deserve attention before review begins
A zero-byte file or unsupported format can make a delivery incomplete even before anyone reads the content. Detecting those issues early prevents content reviewers from discovering basic packaging failures later.
Container checks are not document review
TaskThimble can check file presence, format, size and some basic PDF container signals locally. It does not verify whether the legal, factual, editorial or visual content inside a document is correct, approved or complete.
If a compatible document set is already current in TaskThimble, this check can reuse a compatible current local set rather than forcing another file selection.

Use the report as delivery evidence, not as substantive approval
Save or print the result when you need a record of what was checked. Open the underlying documents manually whenever a finding requires content-level judgement, and re-run the pack check after replacing or adding files.
